I have been passionate about health, fitnesss and wellbeing ever since I could remember. I played soccer in highschool and even joined the power lifting team and becuase of this I absolutely fell in love with the weight room. Ever since then I made it my mission to be better than I was the day before. Through hard work and discipline, you can reach any goal instead of just wishing you can. I have been a part of the gym community for over 4 years now and I want to help you not only reach your goals but also enjoy yourself while you’re doing it because health and fitness truly is a lifelong journey. 

Favorite way to stay fit

My favorite way to stay fit is weightlifting with a couple minutes of cardio after each lift. 

What does the Good Life

mean to you?

To me, Good Life is more than a gym, it is a place that saved me when I was at my lowest. Here, I got stronger both physically and mentally with the help of the amazing Good Life family I met along the way! 

Guilty pleasure

Ice cream, but I am also a firm believer that everything is good in moderation!
