I have been passionate about health and well-being my whole life. I ran my first half marathon when I was twelve, I have since run five. I have also been involved in CrossFit, having competed in two competitions I enjoy the energy and mental toughness it brings. I’ve been involved in bodybuilding having done a 17-week prep. I understand how intimidating the gym and making changes in your life can be, as someone who has struggled with body image, eating habits, and even just being confident in myself and the gym I know how it feels and can relate. I’m very passionate about helping others build confidence in the gym and their personal lives. 

Favorite way to stay fit

I usually love weight lifting but enjoy going on walks, kickboxing, and tennis! I also love taking Bootcamp as well.

mean to you?

Coming to Lincoln from a small-town gym I was looking for a place that felt like home, I tried out a few gyms before finding Good Life, and was happy to find a gym I loved and felt comfortable in!
