Favorite way to stay fit
No better way to start my day than with an early workout to set my pace of healthy choices the rest of the day. I like to switch it up between TRX, kickboxing, FIRE and maybe even a bootcamp! I’ll never turn down a bike ride or going swimming in the summer time.
What does the Good Life
mean to you?
This community of members and instructors has given me more confidence than I knew I was capable of having. I joined GLF 4 years ago as a member and have lost over 75 pounds, thanks to group fitness! This gym has changed my life for the better and my goal is to inspire others the way this amazing team of super hero’s at Good Life has helped me over the years.
I am an absolute sucker for sweets!
