Favorite way to stay fit
I love taking group fitness classes (kickboxing is my favorite) and going to boot camp. On my active recovery days, I love running on the trails or doing yoga. I also stay busy teaching competitive dancers from 5-18 years old!
What does the Good Life
mean to you?
Good life is a welcoming atmosphere where I am challenged daily. I never leave the gym without feeling inspired, motivated, and pushed to my best both mentally and physically! It’s the “good life” because you have the most welcoming members and staff, instructors who give their all each class, and a place that leaves you better than when you came in.
