Favorite way to stay fit
A few of my favorite ways to stay fit are by attending bootcamp classes, going for bike rides (or 30 cals on the echo bike), being outdoors and trying out new group fitness classes. I also have to give credit to being more aware of my nutrition to obtain my long term fitness goals, especially over the last year as well!
What does the Good Life
mean to you?
Good Life is a home away from home. It is where I feel welcomed from the second I walk in the door. I am able to be myself and enjoy a great workout at the same time. Not only that, but it is somewhere where I have met some of my biggest supporters! Everyone will cheer you on to achieve any goal you have. The first step is the hardest, but at Good Life you have so many people helping along the way!
Mi Tierra chips, salsa, margaritas and the monthly flavor of ice cream at 402 Creamery! You also can never go wrong with the food network and being in bed by 8 pm.
