I started as an athlete, primarily participating in track & field and playing basketball. Basketball was a significant part of my life throughout college. I have participated in various CrossFit gyms and races. I really enjoyed the Tough Mudder. Also, ISSA certified.

mean to you?
As cheesy as it sounds, when I consider the meaning of a good life, I think about investing in people to create lasting change or ripple effects. I want to spend my life helping others grow.

Peanut butter energy bites, fishing and hammocking, and adventures.
