Good Life is full of amazing members and and excellent staff. The relationships and connections I have made while just being a member are irreplaceable, and getting to know more and more people while being on the Staff has given me endless opportunities and growth.

CHEESE – all of the cheese please! (And ice cream of course!)

Normal hours

I teach Boot Camp at both locations throughout the week. Boot Camp involves everything from running and weight work, to monkey bars and partner workouts!
