Favorite way to stay fit
I LOVE running, boot camp & group fitness. I’ll take any opportunity to hike, ski or work out outdoors. Chasing my small children around also does the trick.
What does the Good Life
mean to you?
My fitness family. I’ve been a member for 10 years, an instructor for 6 of it. Members/instructors have been close friends; friends have become members/instructors. My day always goes much better if I started out at GLF.
Wine & dark chocolate. At least one of those I can enjoy while pregnant with my 3rd child.
