Experience
I have had over 17+ years of experience in personal training & nutrition with 15 of those being at Good Life Fitness. I have worked with a vast variety of clients from youth to seniors. I enjoy working with clients focusing on general fitness, as well as seniors trying to improve their quality of life. I have also coached multiple champions in powerlifting, bodybuilding, physique, figure and bikini.
I prefer to focus on a client’s individual needs and goals VS. a cookie cutter fit all approach.
I have a Nutrition Exercise & Health Science Degree and a Dietetics degree from UNL.

about me
Being overweight myself is what got me back into working out. When I was around 21, I was over 300lbs. The quest of my own fitness led me to change my major in college and haven’t looked back. I was able to get myself into shape and have maintained it for the last 20 years. Outside of the gym cars are my passion, especially drag racing. Majority of my free time is spent racing, working on cars, putting on races, and spending time with my wife and 3 rescue pups.
Favorite way to stay fit
I enjoy lifting and staying active. I am not good at sitting around watching TV or what some may call “relaxing.” I like to always be doing something.
What does the Good Life
mean to you?
Living the best version of your life.
Guilty pleasure
Drag racing, cars, and my dogs.
