Favorite way to stay fit

My favorite way to keep a fitness routine is getting to the gym for other group fitness classes and bootcamps throughout the week. I learn so much from other instructors at our gym. I also like going on walks and bike rides when the weather is right. 

What does the Good Life

mean to you?

Good Life’s community has motivated me to reach my fitness goals and I want to support other members around me so they can do the same. 

Guilty pleasure

I LOVE baking so of course chocolate chip cookies fresh from the oven.
