Aside from hitting the weights at Good Life and Zumba, I like to go on long walks and practice yoga as well.

mean to you?
To me, the Good Life is a place to escape and a second home. It is a community where we all share a passion for becoming better versions of ourselves with support and encouragement from others.
My guilty pleasure is the Bachelor and chocolates!
