Areas of Expertise
Since being involved in sports and exercise since high school I have always had a passion for staying healthy. Also having a passion and a desire for helping people helped push me to decide to work towards becoming a personal trainer and a physical therapist assistant. For the last several years I have been able to use both to help people achieve their exercise/fitness, and possible weight loss goals.

Lifting, going on walks/hikes with my family, recreational sports
