We’re not into run-of-the-mill. That’s why no two boot camps are the same. Our indoor boot camp rooms and outdoor facilities have all types of equipment so we can mix things up.
There’s something for everyone.
Don’t like running? Try rowing or speed walking. EACH WORKOUT IS MODIFIED TO YOUR PERSONAL FITNESS LEVEL. Whether you need a longer rest or want to kick it up a notch, we’ve got you.
The vibe is positive and inspiring.
While boot camp is a serious workout, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We believe it’s important to cheer each other on, have fun, and make friends.
