Boot Camp for kids!! A full hour of high energy FUN! Kids will learn the importance of staying fit and healthy while also learning important skills. Combining many aspects of fitness, Jungle boot camp will encourage and teach proper exercise form including cardiovascular drills, body weight resistance, plyometrics, hand eye coordination, agility movements, and much more. This class helps build strong friendships, self-esteem, and solid foundation for a healthy lifestyle.
