Good Life Fitness 10 Week Transformation Challenge!! Starts April 1st

The 10 Week Transformation Challenge packets are ready for pick up NOW!!! Lots of people asking what the requirements for this challenge are and how to get started! Here are some brief requirements, more details in the packets provided at the front desk! 📏 Before and after measurements by Good Life Fitness staff. 📸 Before and after pictures taken by you or family/friend. 🏋🏻‍♀️ Complete & record 70 workouts (30min minimum) 🏃🏽‍♂️ Run, walk, or elliptical a TOTAL of a marathon (26.2 miles) -- or 8 Tread X classes ( YOU HAVE 10 WEEKS TO FINISH THIS) 🚴🏼‍♀️ Cycle a century (100 miles) -- or 8 Rev-X classes 📓 Log food intake 3 days/week for 10 weeks 📖 Complete a Transformation Journey Essay
TO GET STARTED: 1. Pick up packet. 2. Get your STARTING measurements taken. (see attached picture for for Days / Times / Location) Find yourself an accountability partner and get yourself ready!
